Who We Are

As orthodox Anglicans, we realize that it is time for us to stand in support of those things that our faith is built upon as The Episcopal Church of the U.S. moves further away from these beliefs. It is the goal of The Texas Coalition to stand up and speak out for historic Christian teachings. We will advocate traditional Anglican Christianity to others who share our beliefs but have chosen to remain on the sidelines. It is time for us to focus on mutual support for all those who are like-minded, making it easier to act in unity. Also of great importance is the education of people on what the “orthodox” teaching truly is.

We know that all people are sinners, and that the Church exists for all. While we believe that God’s love is extended to everyone, we also believe in God’s truth as revealed through Holy Scripture and to achieve salvation we must confess, repent and be forgiven of those things that are sinful in the eyes of the Lord. It is only through His Absolution and Grace that we may walk closer with Him.
